The next milestones for vcon-server.

These are the next milestones. They have no dates, and their order may change. What is built says what works today.

A PostgreSQL catalog: keeping the catalogs and the registry in PostgreSQL, beside today's SQLCipher files in the data directory. From 0.4.0, the sealed objects can already go to an S3-compatible bucket.
The draft's recommended algorithms for vcon::write (RS256, RSA-OAEP and A256CBC-HS512), as an option of the vcon crate.
